With over 20 years of experience in strategy, marketing, and sales within the Pharmaceutical and Vaccine industry, Guillermo has held key leadership roles, including Growth Emerging Markets Portfolio Leader, LATAM Vaccine Commercial Leader, Brazil Pharma BU Head, and Brazil Market Access and Vaccine Marketing Head.
As a business executive, he has driven sales growth across more than 15 countries, developing impactful business strategies and successfully launching several vaccines and medicines.
He honed his expertise in strategic consulting and financial value levers at renowned firms such as Boston Consulting Group and Arthur Andersen.
He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Public Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires.

Executive with outstanding experience in business revitalization and expertise in team development. Former CEO at Exeltis Brazil and GSK's operations in Mexico. Over 27 years at GSK, he was VP & Director of Classic Brands for Emerging Markets, leading marketing strategies in key countries such as China, Russia, Turkey, India, Mexico, and Brazil. Additionally, he oversaw procurement and logistics in Brazil. As CEO of Mexico, he was responsible for defining positioning for the public Vaccines market, recovering lost Market Share to Pfizer in previous years. Moreover, he reorganized the private market, increasing the volume from 17,000 flu vaccine units to over 500,000 units sold in the first year with an engagement strategy with key customers.
